New website details

14 January 2011 4 Comments

Hi all,

First of all I’d like to thank you for your continued support and I hope that the new revamp of my website will help you more than the previous website. If you have a moment, there’s some new details that I’d like to run you through that you may find helpful:

  • “Have your say”

Have your say is a brand new feature that makes it very easy for you to contact me about issues or concerns in your area that you wish to bring to my attention. The form that you will fill out needs certain details as a requirement to send the message, but I’d like to stress that NONE of the details submitted will ever be used by anyone, nor will they be disclosed to anyone else.

  • Newsletter

Subscribing to my newsletter now couldn’t be easier. All you have to do is enter your email into the “Sign up to my latest newsletter” box. You will then be re-directed and asked to confirm your email and other details. Once this is complete you will receive the latest news in your email inbox every month.

  • Your area

Now as you may have noticed, we have a “Your area” section. This will be populated (in the coming weeks) with details relevant to YOUR area. This will help you find information regarding my work and other details relating to your area quicker.

Finally I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you again for your continued support. If you need anything else, please feel free to contact me.

Regards, Derek

    Hi Derek,

I’m a resident of Colthurst Road which is as you know beside the Ballyowen Shopping Centre. I was pleased to hear of the primary care centre but was wondering what if anything will be done re. the traffic. I don’t want to put a damper on the primary care centre but the traffic situation will have to be addressed. Maybe another exit/entrance. At the moment with Lidl, the Shopping Centre, the Gym, two clinics etc., it can be chaotic. God forbid the primary care centre’s first patients would be road rage victims!!
